"Reading of the Names” Project and Information Tables
Friday, Dec. 1, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, by the Bell Tower

This annual program is a powerful reminder of the devastating impact that HIV & AIDS have had on all of us. Now in its eigth year, this program reads names from the list of people who have quilt panels on the AIDS Memorial Quilt. We started at the beginning of the alphabet eight years ago, and are still not through yet once completely.

If you are interested in reading names for a 10-minute time slot, please contact Doug Everhart in the Campus Health Center (phone: 827-2874, or e-mail: everhart@ucr.edu).

Several campus departments and local agencies will also have information/resource tables at this event from 10:00am to 2:00pm. (See below for list of participants)

Sponsored by the Chancellor’s Advispry Committee on HIV/AIDS and Housing Services
